Our Prototyping

The following prototyping methods are available:  FRP, lamination forming by sintering nylon powders, laser photolithography, MC with 3-axis or 5-axis machining (resin and aluminum), vacuum casting mold, reaction injection molding, aluminum casting, and other newly developed methods. Also available are sheet metal working, pipe bending and spinning, and any other types of surface treatment that meet your needs.

We offer high quality and reduced price with our products as a result of our constant cost-cutting effort with our original and integrated system flow and with the method throughout the process from the molding to jig production by our experienced and skilled operators, this is accomplished by combining the accumulated technology and know-how of our partners in the resin prototype production services. On single item machining our mold production technology is best demonstrated in the aluminum machining products. A team of our experts will be assembled for your order in order to meet your requirements for a wide variety of material from general resins to the hard-to-machine resins.

We have earned our customers’ trust through a network of our expert affiliates to quickly provide you with working models and ZAS model masters available in a wide range of grades and material compositions extending from our present curable resins, (evolved from traditional resin compositions which satisfy grades in various components like tough super heat-resistant resins and tough crystal clear water-resistant resins) to high-functioning resins of close tolerance snap-fitting components.

For working models or various types of master models, we create and implement your design concept with balanced materials for heat resistance and weather resistance and strength by our well-organized technical experts and supply system.

The most desired models are created by a process in which the fiber (with glass or without) is affixed to a wooden mold with a polyester resin, and by the cooperation of our closest affiliate plant which comes up with the best form and best processing steps.

The results can be seen mainly in exterior parts and in the reaction-injection moldings.
