- Sealing for the vessel can be adjusted by tightening screw of the case (vessel).
- It is possible for autoclave sterilization and suitable for aseptic cultivation for an extended period of time
- It is possible for adding more spacers as multiple layers and can be utilized for cultivation of tall plants such as rice plant.
- Because it can avoid growth inhibition by ethylene (ethylene gas) that is generated when leaves reach and touch the ceiling, it is suitable for phytohormone assay and activity assay of biologically active agent.
- Because the interior will not be excessive moisture condition due to ventilation hole that can be equipped with a dedicated cotton plug on the top, it can maintain the best environment for plant growth.

Main usage
- It can be used for aseptic cultivation such as plant tissue culture, study of redifferentiation from callus, gene testing, assay of biologically active agent effect, and inoculation trial of rhizobium and soil microorganism.
- It can also be easily used for cultivation of sprout and ornamental plant at home.
